What are your dreams trying to share with you?

Last night I dreamed of a huge black crystal cross. It seems dark and dangerous and I wanted to stay away from it, even though I was drawn to it.

Upon waking, I meditated on it, and looked within the black crystal cross to see what it contained. What I saw, was an image of myself and a dear friend, one of my brother Tom’s best friends, shortly after Tom’s death 14 years ago.

The feeling in the scene was sad, alone and we were clinging to one another. We felt that we had not only lost someone who we both loved deeply, but a unique soul companion. You see, both myself, this friend and my brother have / had “gifts” from a young age. These gifts allow us to see, feel and experience more deeply that other people. Losing Tom made us feel more alone, more isolated in our experiences, and that the circle of people who we could relate to had shrunk even smaller.

What happened next in my meditation, was that a divine light came forward, inviting the two teenagers ( myself and my friend ) out of the black crystal cross. As we moved out and away from the cross, we connected with one another from a place of heart and spirit, rather that grief, pain and need. I felt in my body as I experienced this vision, a huge weight lift off my heart. I felt myself reconnecting with a greater feeling of support in the world as well as in the spirit world. I saw in my inner awareness, that our hearts and Spirits were encircled by people from the past, present and future who are “like” us, who see, feel and know in the same way that we do. We reconnected with what felt like a greater family of beings that are similar to us. A huge heart opening came to me as this happened.

What I saw next was the black crystal cross being elevated into the air by doves, and it transformed into two moonstone pendants. These pendants where placed around both of our necks to assist us in always knowing this interconnection with like souls.

A deep healing occurred for me, by tuning into my dream’s images and asking for clarity and healing.

Even if you are new to the subjects of consciousness,  spiritual evolution and energetic healing,  it is likely you have heard something of the year 2012.  If not, read on to discover why it is such an important time to be alive!

My personal understanding of the year 2012 is that we are moving toward a major shift in consciousness.  What that means is that as a planet, we are moving toward living from our true selves, our spiritual core, which is a Love-based and heart-centered reality.

That sounds pretty good doesn’t it?  The challenge that we are up against is that we have been entrenched in a lack-oriented, fear-based paradigm for quite some time now.  As we move toward a heightened state of spiritual and heart-centered living, we are faced with the parts of ourselves that are committed to the old way of being.

How this split  is experienced within each person is unique.  Essentially, all the parts of you that are resistant to allowing yourself to exist in a Love-based reality are going to come up within you.  This often shows up as issues in your life!

There is purpose in these issues arising; they are assisting you in gaining awareness of what is blocking you from being in your heart.  You will be given the opportunity to REALLY SEE, FEEL , and HOPEFULLY RELEASE these heavy energy patterns so that you can maintain a strong connection to your spirit and and loving core.

You could consider this time we are in now, leading to December 2012 as a cleansing period, where energies (repressed beliefs, heavy unresolved emotions, ect.) that are no longer serving you are being magnified to help you evolve.

What this means on an individual and collective basis is that your are going meet your inner “stuff” in a big way.  Yes, that’s right, I am talking about any heavy, unresolved, negative, fearful, stuck energy that holds you away from your happy, whole and loving Self.

How does one gracefully move through this process?  The best way to stay clear, balanced and peaceful through this process is to align with your heart, listen to it, and begin to find ways to dissolve those heavy energies that are probably getting louder and more intense by the day.

Likely you are asking yourself:

How do I meet and release these inner challenges?

By what means do I dissolve all this negative energy within myself?

How do I let go of all the fear, anxiety, and resistance I feel towards living from my  heart?

My answer is this:  You must first decide and commit within yourself that you want to.  You must connect with your heart every day and begin to ask it what it needs and how you can align with it.  It is important to seek like-minded people to share your experiences with, and to grow a heart-centered life with.

Most importantly: Begin to consciously clear your “stuck” or heavy energy with some sort of conscious and transformative work.

Energetic Healing is one of the best ways I know of to transform these “shadow” aspects of yourself.  This shadow part of you holds your limiting beliefs, heavy repressed emotions,  root causes of your physical issues as well as feelings of spiritual disconnection.

The process of Energy Healing can assist you to return to a love-based, heart-centered life. The biggest benefit from this is that you begin to experience much more love and joy in your life!  It will also allow you to  more easily and gracefully move through the evolving energy shifts that are happening on our planet!
